Sanskar Guru (s) would be especially trained through an intensive but very innovative training programme. During the training, the Sanskar Guru(s) would also be acquainted with the various dimensions of human Values and Qualities, the process of Sanskar, its philosophy and the effect on the conduct and behaviour of a person. Due to this specially acquired ability, the Sanskar Guru(s) will act as “Catalytic Agents” in expediting the process of imbibing human values in the children. and transform them into exemplary persons so that they would become role models for others.

OBJECTIVES OF TRAINING

To enable the trainees to imbibe human values themselves.

To understand broad features of present educational system with its strengths and weaknesses and appreciate the importance of this project for creating a harmonious society.

To study about the nature of the children, their development - Physical, Mental, Social and Spiritual in different age groups.

To explore in depth the philosophy of “Sanskar” and its application and to study
various methods, media and approaches for inculcating human values in various age groups.

To contribute to the wholesome, integrated, well balanced, cultured, personality of the child.

To enable them to identify hidden talent and potential of the children and make them realise their capabilities.

To know about the duties, functions and responsibilities of Sanskar Guru(s), their day to day activities, and to develop skills of evaluating the change in attitude of children and
maintaining record of each child.

CURRICULUM FOR TRAINING

The training programme for Sanskar Guru(s) is a full time residential course of about two months. It has been developed to orient prospective Guru(s) to understand the nature and process of Sanskar, Its relevance in contemporary situations and various methodologies used for effective transmission of Human Value and Positive Attitudes.

Aspects and impact of globalization, modern technology and advance communication system have been kept in view, while drawing up the curriculum. The organizers of training programme will ensure that the objectives expected of trainees should also get actualized, realized and internalized by Sanskar Guru(s).
