Sanskaram is in the process of setting up as
network of Sanskar
Vatika(s) in Delhi. These
Vatika(s) and Activity Centre(s) for younger
generation. These Vatika(s) would provide
the Joyful, Holistic, Value rich nature friendly
environment to the children where they would
imbibe the Human Values and develop themselves
Physically, Mentally, Intellectually, Socially
and Spiritually. The methodology used for
this purpose is a unique methodology developed
by the Sanskaram, by taking the Sutra(s)
from old scriptures, methods followed by
Ancient Guru(s) and by blending these with
Modern and Scientific Methods such as Play
way methods, Experimental methods, Demonstration
methods and other Innovative methods invented
and designed by Psychologists, Scientists
and Intellectuals to suit the present social
and environmental conditions.
‘Sanskaram’ does
not primarily believe in preaching or delivering
lectures. The emphasis would be on eradication
of negative tendencies and inculcation of
positive attitudes and human values in the
children and that too without detaching them
from there family and without disturbing
their formal education. Thus programmes at
Sanskaram Vatika(s) would complement and
supplement the present education system and
would be instrumental in whose some and Harmonious
Development of the children. This project
would cover children in the age group of
2 to 11 years.
For this purpose, Sanskaram would appoint
mentors (Sanskar Gurus) who would work at
Sanskaram Vatika(s) and act as friend, facilitator
and role model for Younger Generation.
A. ELIGIBILITY
Unmarried Females (between 18-21 years)
Qualification: Senior Secondary (12th Standard)
or Equivalent
Can Read, Write, Speak English & Hindi
Vegetarian & Teetotaler
Polite and Humble
Follower of human values
B. PROCEDURE FOR SELECTION
The interested candidate can apply in the prescribed
form ( click here)
. They have to appear for a written test followed by interview. The selected
candidates are required to undergo a training for six months. The Expenses
on the training will be borne by the candidates themselves.
C. APPOINTMENT AND REMUNERATION
On successful completion of training, the
candidates are required to do internship
for first six months. During internship,
they will improve then skill and also do
the job. During this period, they will get
Rs.3000/- per month (with residence facility
on sharing basis with other female Sanskar
Guru(s)). Thereafter they will be paid Annual
remuneration of Rs.1,00,000/- plus residence
facility on sharing basis.
D. OTHER MAIN TERMS
Sanskar Guru(s) shall have to undertake not
to marry for first two years of service and
would get involved fully with the children
of Sanskaram Vatika. They will reside with
other female Sanskar Guru(s) in Sanskaram
Campus. However they are allowed to visit
their families once in a month.
After two years of service, they can marry
while continuing in service. However, after
marriage, the residential accommodation facility
would be withdrawn and they have to make
their own arrangement for residence and will
work in Sanskaram Vatika during working hours
and also get the weekly holiday.
