Sanskaram is
in the process of setting up 50 Sanskar
Vatika(s)
in Delhi. These Vatikas are much more than
play schools. These Vatikas would provide
the Joyful, Holistic, Value rich nature friendly
environment to the children where they would
imbibe the Human Values. The methodology
used for this purpose is a unique methodology,
by taking the Sutra(s) from old scriptures,
methods followed by Ancient Guru(s) and by
blending these with modern and Scientific
methods such as Play way methods, Experimental
methods, Demonstration methods and other
Innovative methods invented and designed
by psychologists, scientists and intellectuals
to suit the present social and environmental
conditions.
‘Sanskaram’ does
not primarily believe in teaching or preaching
or delivering class room lectures. The emphasis
would be on eradication of negative tendencies
and inculcation of positive attitudes and
human values in a person during his/her childhood
period, and that too without detaching them
from there family and without distirbing
their formal education.
Thus ‘programmes
at Sanskar Vatika(s) would complement and
supplement
the present
education system and would be instrumental
in total development of a person. This project
would cover children in the age group of
2 to 10 years.
To execute this methodology at the Sanskar
Vatika(s), Sanskaram would appoint mentors
(Sanskar Gurus) who would act as friend,
facilitator and role model for children.
A. ELIGIBILITY
Unmarried Females (between 18-24 years)
Qualification: N.T.T./E.C.C.E. Or Equivalent
Can Read, Write, Speak English & Hindi
Vegetarian & Teetotaler
Polite and Humble
B. PROCEDURE FOR SELECTION
The interested candidate can apply in the prescribed
form ( click here)
. They have to appear for a written test followed by interview. The,
successful candidate are required to undergo a
training
for about two months The candidates/trainees are required to bear the expenses
on boarding/lodging and training material only which is estimated at
Rs.20000/- for the entire training period. Remaining expenses shall be borne
by Sanskaram.
Training is proposed to start in the 3rd week of December 2007.
C. APPOINTMENT AND REMUNERATION
On successful completion of training, The
candidate are required to do
internship for first 6 months. During this
period, they
will get
Rs.5000/Month
(with residence facility on sharing basis
with
other female Sanskar Guru(s)). Thereafter
they will be paid a salary of Rs.8000/Month
+ residence facility on sharing basis. Annual
increment shall be based on competence,
work performance, the inflation index
and overall performance of the organisation.
D. OTHER MAIN TERMS
Sanskar Guru(s) shall have to undertake not to marry for first two years
of service and would get involved fully with the children of Sanskar Vatika.
She will reside with other female Sanskar Guru(s) in Sanskaram Campus. She
will get weekly holiday and are free to visit their families.
After 2 years of service, they can marry
while continuing in service. However, after
marriage, the residential accommodation facility
would be withdrawn and they have to make
their own arrangement for residence.
