Setting up a Central Resource and Research
Centre in or around Delhi.
I)- Setting up Sanskar
Peetham for training of Sanskar Guru(s)
Training Institute called ‘Sanskar
Peetham’ would be set up in each region
for training Sanskar Guru(s) wherein young
NTT trained female professionals, selected
for Sanskar Guru(s), would be trained through
an intensive and very innovative training
programme to improve their Managerial, Communicational,
Professional and Behavioural skills. The
Sanskaram has designed an innovative and
creative curriculum for the training. The
training programme of Sanskar Guru(s) is
a full time residential course.
II)- Setting up
Sanskar Vatika(s)
Sanskar Vatika(s) would be set up in various
locations of towns and cities across the
country, where a nature friendly, holistic
and healthy environment/atmosphere conducive
for facilitating the children to imbibe human
values would be created. These sanskar vatika(s)
would be technically advanced and represent
the cultural diversity of the regions. These
sanskar vatika(s) would be specially created
centre(s) where children would love to go,
would perform multifarious activities and
would also interact with their Guru(s) and
peer group.
Accommodation for Sanskar Vatika
A cluster of five sanskar vatikas would be
set up at one place so that some facilities
and infrastructure could be commonly used
by sanskar vatika(s) situated in that cluster.
About 300 sq. metre covered area consisting
of five activity rooms, one computer room,
one music room, one assembly hall with verandah,
one amphitheatre cum yoga room, one visitor
and reception room, one gym, one store room,
an office and utilities such as toilets,
bathroom, pantry, outpost for security guard
and about 100 sq metre playground are required
for a cluster of five sanskar vatika(s).
If more space is available, some other facilities
such as swimming pool etc can also be created.

Mats
for children and Guru, White board, Desk
for Sanskar guru Chairs, Tables, Almirahs.maps
Chart-diagram, modern gadgets & equipments
like computer, monitor, home theatre with
LCD screen, T.V. Set, CD Players, music system,
musical instruments, equipment for cultural
programme, Address system; sports equipments,
Facilities like Games (indoor & outdoor),
Library, Yoga & Meditation, scooty/bicycles,
water cooler, fridge, generator, invertor,
UPS, broad band connection, power connection,
telephone connection would also be available.
Programmes & Activities
Sanskar
Vatika(s) would organize multifarious especially
designed creative programme/activities
in an innovative manner so that children,
along with fun, pleasure & enjoyment,
would imbibe positive attitudes and human
values in their subconscious, unconsciously.
All activities in sanskar-vatika(s) would
be organized as per daily schedule under
the aegis of Sanskar-Guru. These activities
would be conducted according to age groups
with an objective to inculcate human values
and to develop the child spiritually, emotionally,
socially, mentally and physically.
Timings of
Sanskar Vatika-

3rd shift for 7+ to10 years -- (5.00 PM to 6.15 PM) |
III)- Setting up
Sanskar Matham(s)
A Sanskar Matham would
be setup for every 10 clusters consisting
of about 50 sanskar
vatika(s). Sanskar Matham would monitor
and supervise the activities of sanskar
vatika(s) under its jurisdiction. It
would work as back up office. It would
look after the management and finance of
the sanskar-vatika(s) under them. The bank
accounts of the Sanskar Vatika(s) would
be operated by the Sanskar Matham.
A Matham would have artists/experts such
as singers, dancers, puppeteer, magician,
comedian, joker, Painter, cartoonist, acrobats,
coach etc on its panel. The artists/ experts
on the panel of Matham would regularly visit
sanskar-vatika(s) and present their value
oriented programmes to entertain the children.
The visits will be by rotation so that variety
and diversity is maintained and monotony
is avoided. The performance by these artists/experts
will be under the aegis of Sanskar-Guru.
Further there would be doctor, psychiatrist,
child specialist and dietician etc on the
panel of Matham who would also visit the
sanskar-vatika(s) periodically to check the
health and behavior of the child and to advise
the parents accordingly.
Telefilms, cartoons films, music albums
and other programme materials would also
be circulated / supplied by the Matham to
sanskar vatika(s). The Matham would also
have a library for circulation of books and
materials in the Sanskar-Vatika(s)
and for use by snaskar Guru(s) as reference
book(s)
‘
Sanskaram’ also plans to conduct short
term courses for parents to advise & guide
them to adopt a life style conducive to instill
human values in their children. These programmes
will cover inter alia, the following : -
How
to make holistic environment at home?
How
to maintain cordial relationship within the
family & in the neighbourhood?
How
to deal with children and their problems?
How
to fight against tension and depression?
How
to remain balanced in grim circumstances?
Yoga, meditation, Pranayam courses
Sanskaram also plans to start the registration
of ‘to be born’ child on completing
21 weeks of pregnancy. The expectant mothers
would be provided, reading material on parenting
and counseling on the following :
Counseling during pregnancy
Inculcation of human values in the subconscious
of ‘to be born’ child.
Enabling the mother to deliver the baby smoothly.
Making the home environment conducive to
the new-born baby.
IV)- Setting up Sanskar
Prakashika(s) for Development of programmes
A Centre for the development, adaptation
and production of programmes and material
would be set up in each region/state..‘Sanskaram’ would
develop value rich innovative activities
and programmes such as poems, lullabies,
stories, cartoons strips, songs, games under
the guidance of psychologists, educators,
thinkers, philosophers and experts in the
fields of art, craft, music, dance-drama,
literature, sports, indoor games, information
technology, animation, physical education
and spirituality etc.
V)-
Setting up a Central Resource & Research
Centre
In due course and subject to availability
of resources, ‘Sanskaram’ plans
to set up a Research & Resource Centre.
It would select available material to equip
the resource centre with the following:
Books (stories, folk tales, songs, poems,
lullabies, plays, riddles etc.)
Value-linked Innovative games, board games & traditional
games.
Collection of prayers & quotations of
different religions
Collection of literature based on different
values
Translation of value loaded material published
in different languages
Puppets of different regions
Research on human values & qualities
